How can I request a quote from ZedStore?
On the quote page, with a few basic details — what you'd like to store or transport, roughly how much, and for how long — you can request a quote as an individual or as a business.
Can I request a personal tour before deciding?
Yes. At a scheduled time we'll show you the warehouse and the loading and unloading options, so you can see on site how and where we'd store your belongings.
Where is the ZedStore warehouse, and when is it open?
The warehouse address is 1106 Budapest, Porcelán utca 3–9. The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00, Saturday by arrangement, and closed on Sundays.
By phone we're reachable over a wider window: Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00, Saturday 08:00–16:00, Sunday 08:00–12:00.
Which district is the warehouse in, and can I get in with a van or truck?
We're in Budapest's District X, with ground-floor storage areas and 3 × 3.6-metre industrial gates, so vans and trucks can easily pull in.

How much does storage cost?
The monthly rate depends on the area booked: HUF 3,500/m² up to 20 m², HUF 3,200/m² between 21–50 m², HUF 2,900/m² between 51–100 m², and a custom quote above 100 m².
For shorter periods you can also rent space at a daily rate of HUF 100/m², and for pallet storage the rate is HUF 200/pallet/day or HUF 3,000/pallet/month.
How much does moving and the man-and-van service cost?
The man-and-van service is HUF 12,000/hour with 1 person, HUF 16,000/hour with 2 people, and the first hour of call-out is free.
A full move with a 3.5-tonne truck is HUF 19,500/hour with 2 staff, or HUF 24,500/hour with 3 staff.
How much does forklift-assisted loading and unloading cost?
The forklift hourly rate is HUF 15,000, plus a loading/unloading fee of HUF 1,000/pallet.
How much does junk removal cost?
Junk removal costs HUF 12,000/m³, and the transport fee is charged according to our moving hourly rates. A 3.5-tonne truck can remove 18–20 m³ of waste in one trip.
What is the "loading-only" service, and how much does it cost?
If you don't need a truck, just loading or handling assistance, we offer this as a loading-only service for HUF 5,500/person/hour, with a minimum charge equivalent to 3 hours.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, the prices shown are net prices and do not include VAT.
Transport
Moving and man-and-van service
What's the difference between the man-and-van service and a full move?
The man-and-van service is for fast, smaller-volume transport: with 1 or 2 loading staff, billed hourly, we bring or take your furniture or a few boxes.
A full move is a bigger job: with a 3.5-tonne truck and a 2–3-person team, we pack, transport and set up the entire contents of a flat or office at the new location.
How does move-out work?
You can arrange the move-out date by phone with our customer service team. The truck and our staff will be there at the agreed time. Once loading is done, we take your furniture straight to the new location.
After the truck arrives at the destination address, we unload and carry out any agreed extra tasks. We put every piece of furniture in its place, reassemble any furniture we disassembled, and unpack anything we packed. We take away the used packing materials. Once the move is done, we walk through the place with you and check that everything is where it should be.
Generally our job is just the transport, the loading, and disassembling/reassembling and protective wrapping of furniture and more delicate items. You can extend our service with packing and unpacking boxes, or with taking down and putting up pictures, light fixtures and other fittings.

What does the removal and moving process look like?
On moving day we carry out the packing or loading according to your order.
For a full packing service, we pack everything you'd like. We have the right size box for every item. During packing we take care to keep your clothes clean and your personal belongings intact. Boxes are labelled.
After packing, we prepare the furniture, disassembling it where necessary and wrapping it for protection. During loading we make a packing list of everything we take. The truck then heads to the destination address or to our warehouse, depending on the job.
Can transport be combined with storage?
Yes, this is one of the most popular combinations: if not everything needs to go to the new place right away, we simply place the surplus into storage in our warehouse, and deliver it when you need it.

Storage and packing
What happens during storage?
During storage we keep your furniture and boxes in the smallest possible space, stacked, packed and covered. That's why it's important to prepare your furniture accordingly at the start of the move, before loading begins.
It's worth knowing that you can access your belongings at any time during storage if you need something. Ask our staff for help when breaking into the stack, for the safety of your belongings.
How does loading into the warehouse work?
Furniture and boxes arriving at the warehouse are packed to take up as little space as possible: stacked stably, wrapped and covered in their place.
We also think through the loading order: whatever you're likely to need sooner during storage, we place somewhere more accessible. If you still need to reach deeper into the stack, our staff will help break into it safely.
Can I only rent storage long-term?
No — daily, weekly and monthly billing are all available, so you can rent space even for a few weeks during a renovation, with no long-term commitment.
How much storage space will I need?
This depends on the quantity of furniture and boxes to be stored. When you request a quote we help estimate the space needed, and on a personal tour we fine-tune it on site.
Can I get boxes and packing materials?
Yes — we offer boxes (small, medium and large), portable wardrobe boxes, protective film, stretch film, packing tape and other packing materials, which you can even pick up at the same time as delivery.
Are my belongings safe in the warehouse?
Ground-floor storage areas, organised placement and tailored storage give your belongings a safe, easily accessible place.
