Supplementary data processing notice
The tenant acknowledges that their personal data is used exclusively for storing the belongings covered by the Storage Agreement and for any potential legal enforcement related to the agreement (the collection, recording, storage, use and transfer of such data being referred to collectively below as "Data Processing"). Accordingly, the legal basis for processing the tenant's personal data is the conclusion and performance of the Storage Agreement, as well as the fulfilment of the obligations imposed on the Seller by law.
The Tenant declares and consents that, for the purpose of performing the agreement and maintaining the contact necessary for its performance and any potential legal enforcement, the service provider (lessor) may keep a record of the other personal data set out in this document (including, but not limited to, the Tenant's email address and correspondence address), and that this data will be processed in accordance with the data security requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), as well as Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, and with due regard to the principles governing the processing of personal data.
In view of the above, the Service Provider is entitled to transfer the Tenant's personal data, for the purposes and reasons stated above, to third parties (including, but not limited to, law firms and authorities).
The Tenant declares that they have received appropriate information regarding the processing and transfer of their personal data.
The Service Provider hereby declares that it will not make the Tenant's personal data public. With regard to the accuracy and completeness of the data, the Service Provider draws the Tenant's attention to the fact that any changes to their personal data must be reported to the Service Provider in writing, without delay, after the change occurs.
